District Information

The Stonegate Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on December 3, 2002 by the Board of County Commissioners of Miami-Dade County, Florida, Ordinance No. 02-258, as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.

Clubhouse Rental

The Malibu Bay Clubhouse (the “Facilities”) is owned and operated by the Stonegate Community Development District, a local unit of special purpose government established and operating pursuant to Chapter 190, Florida Statutes (the “District”). Anyone interested in purchasing an annual Non-Resident Membership to utilize the Facilities, including members of the general public residing outside the boundaries of the District, should contact Victor Castor, the Operations Manager of the District, at 1-239-789-7263.
